    How much does it cost to use FedEX integrated web services?
    There is a one time fee of $59.95 to submit your application for approval to FedEX. After approval, your standard FedEX shipping charges apply.

    Can I use my existing FedEX account number?
    Yes, you may use your existing FedEX account number or you can create a new account by going to FedEX.com and apply for a new account number.

    What is the process and how long will it take before I can start shipping?
    The approval process is basically for FedEX to ensure that the labels you are printing can be read by their scanners. You would need to print out a label (sample labels will be provided for you to print) for each service that you will use from your printer. Scan those labels in and email to us along with the account number that will be linked. We will put together an application package and submit to FedEX. This process usually takes 7 to 10 days. Once the application has been approved, you will receive the additional information needed to connect to FedEX webservices within your shipper setup. Lastly begin shipping.

    What type of labels are supported and what hardware / software is needed?
    Labels are generated as PDF files. You would need adobe pdf reader to view labels and either a inkjet or laser jet printer to print labels.
